This course is recommended for professionals who would like a broader understanding of the different types of attachment and how these can impact our behaviours, relationships and coping mechanisms as children and adults.

A sound grounding in attachment theory and research can help professionals understand children, young people and adults behaviours better, and offer insights into their experiences of difficult and stressful family relationships. This in turn can equip professionals with additional tools in both assessing and working with the families and individuals.

The trainers will use handouts, slides as well as experiential learning techniques.
